Melissa organised everything for me from inspecting places for me, writing fabulous reports and sending great photographs. She kept in touch every day and sometimes a few times a day. I didn't know the market, I was time poor, I don't trust my own judgement and I don't trust vendor's agents. I had some very particular requirements for my new home. My reasons for needing to find a new home were based on a good deal of emotion and I was by myself. Melissa was there, at all times, to solve the requirements, keep me grounded, and guide me through every stage of the process. Engaging Melissa to exchanging contracts was exactly four weeks and the home we found fitted those requirements perfectly.
