Our Full Service is designed for buyers who want expert representation from preparation through to settlement. Fees are paid in installments aligned with progress milestones — ensuring choice and control, fairness, transparency and ethical alignment throughout the process. Enquire for a free quote.
Our fees are generally much lower than the industry standard of 2% - 3% of the purchase price.
We use a robust, proven approach - The Buyer’s Secret Sauce - that is fully customised to each purchase and to each client. For a low engagement fee with no lock-in contract, you get to experience our approach for yourself and the attention and care that we place on each purchasing decision.

Search & Qualification
Online, pre-market and off-market searches; property research; inspections; managing all communication with selling agents
Analysis & Due Diligence
Property appraisal using comparable sales data; comprehensive property report; review of strata, building and pest reports; risk identification and mitigation
Negotiation & Execution
Creation of a tailored negotiation strategy; negotiation of price and terms; liaising with conveyancers and third parties through to settlement

How it works: you identify the property you want to call home, we’ll do the rest! Includes where appropriate: assisting you to become “purchase-ready” (our essential first step), a review of building and pest / strata reports, research and data analysis, all communication with the sales agent on your behalf, property inspection, property appraisal, compiling a comprehensive property report including comparable sales data, creating a negotiation strategy for purchase and negotiating the purchase on your behalf.

For buyers who are confident negotiating themselves but want expert support in identifying suitable properties.
Includes strategy consultation and feasibility review, detailed property brief creation, online, pre-market and off-market searches, thorough research and qualification and shortlisted recommendations aligned with your goals.
We eliminate unsuitable properties early — saving you time, frustration and emotional fatigue.
Discount available for Full Service, when upgrading.
Property Coach
Guided Expertise. Active Involvement.
Fee: $3,740 incl GST
Your own buyer’s agent at an affordable fee: for buyers who enjoy being hands-on but want professional guidance throughout the process. We offer direction, insight, property evaluation guidance and ongoing advisory support.
Many Property Coach clients choose to add on the Evaluate and Negotiate Service once they’ve identified a place to call home - via the Evaluate and Negotiate Service, we’ll inspect the property, appraise the price, provide a comprehensive property report including comparable sales data, and finally negotiate the purchase on your behalf. Discounts available.
