Share valuable information on properties chosen by you, through access to property data portals available only to real estate professionals on subscription.
Review building and pest / strata reports and help you make sense of them.
Help you identify the right home to buy - and the ones to avoid.
Assist you to create a negotiation strategy for purchase including when and how to make an offer, what to do when your offer isn’t accepted, how to maximise the chance of your offer being accepted - and when to talk away.
Guide a smart purchasing decision, buying the right property at the right price and under the right terms.

Some clients choose to add on the Evaluate and Negotiate Service once they’ve identified a place to call home - via the Evaluate and Negotiate Service, we’ll inspect the property, appraise the price, provide a comprehensive property report including comparable sales data, and finally negotiate the purchase on your behalf.
